The Invisible Committee is a collective and anonymous author from France, known for its radical leftist political ideas. It was formed following the arrest of several individuals in Tarnac, a village in central France, in 2008. The group, who were accused of sabotaging railway lines, were cleared of terrorism charges in 2018. Their existence as a named entity, however, has been disputed.
